ProgressCUK system is controlling reactive power sources, including capacitor banks, passive harmonic filters, active reactive power compensators (ASVG) and large synchronous MV motors.

Automation and digitisation of juice production
JUICE 4.0 is an innovative and advanced automatization and optimization system for juice presses and juice concentrate production processes. The system consists of PLC controllers with proprietary algorithms regulating juice presses operation, control recipes and software allowing operator for remote management of presses and whole concentrate production process (mils, evaporation). Solution also consists of cloud-based IoT platform for calculation of media usage per liter of product and allowing, based on those measurements, for optimization of the production process by utilizing machine learning models. IoT platform that is part of the JUICE 4.0 solution allows also for central management of efficiency, production and stock in distributed juice production plants.
